Alfred N. Brower - VP & General Manager

Alfred Brower, whose senior level experience within the digital signal processing industry spans over twenty years, served as DSPCon's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer until the company was acquired by CDI-Aerospace, LLC in 2010. One of the original founders of of DSPCon, Al is responsible for overseeing all aspects of DSPCon’s operations and offers a combination of technical and managerial expertise that fosters an atmosphere of creative growth. Prior to DSPCon, he served in a number of senior-level design engineering positions with Bell Laboratories and ITT Corporation. He is a published author and widely acknowledged expert in the fields of speech coding and digital recording.

Clarke Ryan - Director of Engineering

Clarke Ryan is a seasoned technology executive with over twenty-five years of experience in engineering, business development and operations in the global technology marketplace. Clarke served as Transmission Chief Technology Officer at Bell Laboratories and Director of Signal Processing Technologies at Lucent Technologies. He formed the Wireless Business Unit at Sonus Networks, and led development of their first IP-based core switching platform for wireless carriers. Clarke received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Donna Babey - Director of Operations

Donna Babey heads DSPCon's Operations functions and enhances DSPCon's strategic direction by overseeing the company's plant operation and improving efficiencies. Celebrating over a dozen years with DSPCon, Donna is responsible for all phases of operations and administration including manufacturing, materials management, warehouse management, information technology, and SQA as well as assists with customer service and sales. As a member of DSPCon's Executive Leadership Team, Donna helps to set the strategic direction of the business. In her tenure at DSPCon, Donna has functioned as Corporate Administrator (including all Human Resources responsibilities), Engineering Manager, and Project Manager.
