System 2711

DSPCon's System 2711 is a multi-channel digital data acquisition, record and playback system, capable of acquiring between four and eight channels of digital data, processing the data through a DSP, recording to tape or disk and replaying the data at a sustained rate of 96 MBITS/second.

System 2711 offers a unique approach to record and playback options by providing a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for operator command and control of all functions on the host PC. The PC communicates with the VME chassis via a GBit Ethernet, which is a standard feature.

Integrated with 100% COTS components and delivered in a 3-slot chassis to provide a cost-effective means for future upgrades, the system is ideal as a record and playback interface to a SONAR capture system for use in oceanic data acquisition.
